Marijuana plant found in Malé

The Maldives Police Services have discovered a marijuana plant in the artificial beach area in Malé.

The police searched the beach volley area on a tip-off and found the plant under a staircase at 11:15 pm on Sunday night.

The plant has been confiscated.
