17 year-old runaway girl found

Police have today said that a 17 year-old runaway girl has been found.

The police did not provide further information about the case.

The girl was identified by the police as Aishath Roona, 17 of Bijilee Ufaa house in Thulusdhoo, Kaafu Atoll. She had been reported missing on 5 January.

According to police, she left home on December 27.
