Police have arrested a 41 year old man in connection with a case in which a 12 year old minor was sexually abused in the island of Naavaidhoo in Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
The man was arrested while he was on Neykurandhoo Island in Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
Police said the man had previous records of homosexuality, child abuse, and assault.

Arrested for homosexuality? LOL! Was he wearing a tight V-neck shirt and pink skinny jeans? Or maybe listening to Lady Gaga in public? Or was his crime decorating aparments and cooking French food?
Anyway the logical conclusion that Dhivehistanis will take from this is:
1. Naavaidhoo man arrested for child abuse
2. Naavaidhoo man was also arrested for homosexuality
3. Therefore all men arrested for child abuse are homosexuals.
To the Dhivehistani mindset there is no difference between male-male child abuse and consensual homosexual sex between adults. Just like there's no difference between marital rape, marital child abuse and marital consensual sex.
